Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion has worked with area campsites and travel agencies to give our overnight guest different choices when traveling from out of town.

All Journey's Travel, LLC has teamed up with Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion as an official lodging partner.

All Journey's Travel, LLC has homes for rent during the festival within walking distance from downtown. These homes range from 1 bedroom homes up to 5 bedrooms. They are also working with area hoteliers to offer discount lodging. Condominiums can be rented at a fraction of what you would expect to pay. They have one bedrooms up to three bedrooms available which will accomodate from 4 - 10 people. This is a great option for those traveling together who want to share in expenses. All Journey's Travel has negotiated packages with the following hotels: Holiday Inn, Super 8, Days Inn and Budget Host. We will update our website as additional hotels are added. As always, shuttle service to and from the festival is available at all of our host hotels.

Camping

Because Rhythm and Roots is a downtown street festival, we do not have our own camping, however following is a list of area campgrounds with information and links.

Camping is available at Sugar Hollow Campground which is located off of Exit 7 of I-81. For additional information or to make reservations call 276-645-7275. The park is usually sold out for the festival so book your spot early. Electric site is $12 and non-electric is $10. Shuttle service is available to the festival throughout the weekend. SUGAR HOLLOW CAMPGROUND IS FULL !

Another option for those wanting to camp while at the festival is Lakeview RV Park located at 4550 Hwy. 11E, Bluff City, TN 37618, on Boone Lake. Lakeview RV Park offers many amenities, and a special rate of $27 a night for Rhythm and Roots weekend. All sites have full hook-ups available. Earhart Campground has campsites with hook-ups available for $25/night, and without for $15/night.

SHUTTLE BUS ROUTE:

There is parking in and around the downtown area. However, if you wish to catch a shuttle bus and not worry about the parking, we do offer shuttle service. The shuttle busses will run on Friday from 4:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m., Saturday from 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 a.m. and on Sunday from 11:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. The shuttle busses run approximately every hour depending on load, having to stop for fuel and other issues that may arise. Shuttle service is offered from all of our host hotels, Sugar Hollow Park and Earhart Campground.
