Bristol, VA-TN (November 8, 2007) Bristol’s Rhythm and Roots Reunion, the Birthplace of Country Music Alliance, and the Bristol Public Library will present No Speed Limit on Saturday, November 16 at 7:30 PM at the Bristol Public Library.
