Q: Where can I purchase passes to BRRR?

A: Here on our website, at our office located at 416 State Street in Historic Downtown Bristol, TN/VA, at select ticket outlets, and at the festival gates.

Q:  If I want to purchase passes online, will I be charged extra?

A:  Yes, there is a service fee for purchasing online.

Q:  I can’t believe how affordable your festival is! How do you keep ticket prices so reasonable?

A:  We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that relies primarily on grants, fundraising and volunteerism. Every dime we make goes back into the festival. We are dedicated to keeping ticket prices low for families and friends.

Q:  If I want to stop by your office to purchase passes, when are you open?

A:  We are open to the public Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. We are closed on major holidays.

Q:  Are kids free?

A:  Children 12 and under are free.

Q:  Some guy offered to sell me his tickets for more than the asking price. Should I buy them?

A:  Heck NO!  Don’t get scammed. Only purchase passes from BRRR, E-Tix, a trusted friend, or one of the authorized ticket retailers listed on this website. We don’t want to see anyone turned away at the gate because some jerk with a color printer decided it was cool to steal from  us. The festival is not responsible for counterfeit passes.

Q:  My passes were lost/stolen. Will the festival replace them?

A:  No. Treat your BRRR passes like cash and keep them in a safe place until the festival.

Q:  If I purchase online, will my passes be mailed to me?

A:   Online ticket orders placed before midnight on August 31, 2011 will be mailed. Orders placed after that time will be held at Will Call.

Q:  I have purchased Weekend Passes and received paper tickets. What happens when I get to the gate?

A:  At the gate your paper passes will be exchanged for wristbands that will be placed on your wrist.

Q:  I have Weekend Passes. Do I have to wear the same wristband all weekend?

A:  Yes. You can shower in them, sweat in them and they are sturdy enough to last all weekend. We are not responsible for torn, lost or stolen wristbands. Consider it a badge of honor to have worn your wristband all weekend long.

Q:  I don’t like to wear wristbands, can I put them on another part of my body or hook them to my clothing?

A:  No. Wristbands must be worn on your wrist. That’s why they’re called wristbands.

Q:  Can I buy a Weekend Pass on Saturday of the festival?

A:  No. Friday of the festival is the last day to purchase Weekend Passes. You must purchase a Single Day pass at the gate on Saturday and Sunday if you have not purchased a Weekend Pass before Saturday.

Q:  I have purchased a Single Day Pass. Will I get a wristband?

A:  Yes. At the gate the ticket-taker will trade your Single Day Pass for a wristband. They will place the wristband on for you. The wristband you receive will only be accepted for entry on that day.

Q:  Does my wristband give me access to all the stages at the festival?

A:  Yes.

Q: I’m under 21 and have a wristband. Are there stages that are off limits to me?

A:  NO. Tennessee State legislature requires that you must be 21 to enter an establishment where smoking is allowed. This year the festival is asking all bars and restaurants to be non-smoking during our event so everyone can enter.

Q:  I have a wristband, but I am under 21. Can I enter an establishment that serves alcohol?

A:  Yes. Most establishments will mark you so that servers know you are under age and not allowed to drink alcohol.

Q:  I have a wristband and am under 21. I want to enter an establishment that serves alcohol. Do I need my Driver’s License?

A:  If you have a valid Driver’s License, carry it.  If you wish to enter an establishment that serves alcohol, you will likely be asked to show your I.D. Have it on you.  If you are too young to drive or if you are with your parents, you will be allowed to enter. You will not be allowed to drink alcohol.

Q:  Does my wristband get me backstage?

A:  No.

Q:  I have a wristband. I want to see a band at an indoor venue but the staff at the door says they aren’t letting anyone else in because they are over capacity. What gives?

A:  Fire codes will not allow indoor venues to fill their establishments over capacity. It simply isn’t safe. If there is a band you want to see in a smaller venue, we advise getting to the stage as early as possible if you predict a large crowd.

Q:  I have purchased Passes, but cannot go to the festival. Can I get a refund?

A:  No, sorry there is a “no refund” policy.
